Since 1985, Troy has worked in the commercial restoration and heavy construction industry, developing strong customer service, budgeting and construction operation skills. In his career, he has worked as a keyman running projects nationally to restore dams, nuclear facilities, institutions, performing resinous installations and mastering both concrete and gypsum flooring. His expertise to solve problems, work with all project teams, clients, engineers and developers to see the project through to a successful completion has been key in his success while working for the Ritenour Group since 2017.
