Geis Construction hired Ritenour as a subcontractor in the renovation of the eight story May Company department store building in downtown Cleveland Ohio owned by Bedrock. Ritenour was instrumental in many aspects of the project including replacing the exterior windows, floor preparation, ceramic tile walls and floor, LVT flooring and carpet.
